Photography is a major component of our offerings and so is wedding planning. We have found that couples appreciate having one company who can handle everything from the photography to graphic design for the wedding invitations and seating plans etc, as well as having the right people in-house to deal with wedding planning.

Why you need a planner
When dealing with suppliers like wedding and event rental companies the checklists are infinite and the time frame requires that you stay on top of everything at certain time points.
Forgetting such a simple item such as salt and pepper shakers can lead to what should be your best meal ever - being bland. Trying to rent forgotten items at the last minute in the height of wedding season will be futile. So you end up having to buy 12 or 14 salt and pepper shaker sets. As wedding planners we know what we need to order to make your big day stress-free.
No plastic or polyester... please
We have first hand experience with decorating, finding off the beaten track suppliers of exquisite decor items to make things special - there's no plastic or polyester in our repertoire of wedding decorations.
We will not cost you the earth, in fact one of our mandates is to save you money – we get better referrals that way. We know what it costs to rent a wine barrel, find the right musicians for your budget.

You can use us as wedding consultants to simply point you in the right direction, or you can hire us as wedding coordinators, for managing things like incoming rental shipments coming up to your wedding day. This is not what you imagined! Let us do the worrying for you. There is only one of you but we have a pool of talent to draw from. Experience makes this a step-by-step process where we follow certain guidelines and procedures. Ie. Stress-free for us but can be a huge headache for you if you are going it alone.
Use our expertise to your advantage
We know what to look for in a vendor for both the best products or services as well as the best pricing. In each case we have done our research and have had first-hand experience.
We will meet vendors like Kelowna's Avalon Rentals (photo above of our May 2016 La Punta Norte wedding in lovely Summerland) on-site the day before the wedding so that you can be dealing with other things. We do a count of items with suppliers like Avalon to make sure nothing is missing so that your wedding day is perfect.
On the day after the wedding we will be there to meet them when they come to pick up the dirty dishes, linens etc. Not likely something you want to be dealing with first thing on the day after being married!

It could be your best way to a smoother, less stressful and more romantic wedding planning experience."
